E’ una questione di stile
Bontà Nascoste - ristorante di pesce - Lerici
Fa bella mostra di sé, appesa ad una delle pareti della sala da pranzo, la pagina del New York Times del giugno 2010 che promuove Bontà Nascoste come miglior ristorante di Lerici.
Il locale si apre su una delle strette strade che dalla passeggiata a mare salgono verso la parte alta di Lerici . Ci troviamo in piena zona pedonale per cui è necessario lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio pubblico.
Orario di apertura:
Tutte le sere 19,30 - 23,00 per la cena.
Da giovedì a domenica aperti anche a pranzo 12,30- 15,30.
Il nostro ristorante si trova a Castiglione della Pescaia, nel cuore della Maremma.
Proponiamo specialità di macchia e di mare, tipiche della cucina toscana e, in particolare, della tradizione maremmana.

La nostra storia.
Een passie herken je op jonge leeftijd. Dit was ook het geval voor Giuseppe Inglima. Op 8-jarige leeftijd begon hij alvast met zijn mama verse pasta te maken, de keuken was zijn werkruimte. Naast zijn studies latijn, vond Giuseppe toch de tijd om in de keuken te staan, om zijn ouders maar vooral zichzelf te bewijzen dat het serveren van gerechten zijn groot
Lo Chef...
Op 14-jarige leeftijd is Giuseppe begonnen in de horeca te werken als bediening. Toen hij 16 jaar werd, heeft hij zijn ouders en zijn omgeving kunnen overtuigen om achter zijn droom aan te lopen. Het was zover, hij mocht naar de hotelschool gaan te Hasselt.
Dankzij zijn gedrevenheid en ervaring voor zijn jonge leeftijd, kreeg hij hogere functies in de keuken. Hierdoor heeft hij een horeca-wedstrijd gewonnen als de jongste, getalenteerdste kok! Als jonge knaap, heeft Giuseppe alle mogelijkheden in de sector gezien. Van bistro tot brasserie, tot zelfs hoog- gastronomische keukens. Zijn passie en hart ligt al van jonge chef in de Italiaanse keuken, waar hij natuurlijk ook vandaan komt.

Met Gastronomia Inglima combineert Giuseppe zijn ervaring in de culinaire sector en traditionele gerechten uit zijn roots om shockerende gerechten te creëren voor zijn gasten. Gastronomia Inglima is een plaats waar traditionele smaken en moderne toetsen elkaar omarmen.
